Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days after purchase of an item. After 30 days, we would be unable to process a refund/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase would also be required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
Please be advised that processing times vary depending on your bank. If your refund has not been received within 10-14 business days, we would advise that you check with your bank.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@barryair.com and we will provide you with further instructions on how to process your exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, kindly email us at info@barryair.com and we will instruct you on where to send it to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
