Return/Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days after purchase of an item. After 30 days, we would be unable to process a refund/exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase would also be required.



Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Please note that  there are no returns or refunds for our Made-to-Measure garments (suits, vests, shirts, and jackets) as these are made to your specific measurements. This also applies to our custom made accessories that are not included in our online collection.

If there are any issues with the fit or construction of your garment, please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your garment or refer to our Alterations page

Please be advised that processing times vary depending on your bank. If your refund has not been received within 10-14 business days, we would advise that you check with your bank.
